DINING AT THE STAG
Our new Head Chef Matthew Marsh runs a daily changing specials menu using the finest local suppliers and ingredients including our own butchery in Salhouse for excellent locally sourced meat.
Alongside the daily changing menu, we also run our “Pub Classics” menu, which contains household pub staples.
Sunday
Sundays we run family style with a choice of Beef, Lamb or Chicken alongside some Stag favourites.
Lunch menu
Monday-Saturday we run our pub classics menu, alongside our daily specials board with lighter lunch options.
